David Velisek, Chief Executive Officer, President, Director, Chairman of the Board

Mr. Velisek has been involved in the capital markets for 20 years. He has held roles in investor relations, as a licensed trader of equities, options and futures, as well as Investment Adviser. He is currently a director of Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. and a previous director of Novo Resources Corp., Finore Mining Inc. and Delon Resources Corp. Mr Velisek is currently employed with Baron Global Financial Canada Ltd. 

Savio Chiu, CPA, CA – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chiu is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Degree in Accounting from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Chiu is currently Senior Manager, Corporate Finance of Baron Global Financial Canada Ltd. He gained valuable accounting experience while articling as an auditor at Deloitte. Mr. Chiu is currently a director of Crownia Holdings Ltd., Jayden Resources Inc., and H-Source Holdings Ltd. Previously, he held various management and directorship positions with other public companies over the last 8 years.

Denise Lok, CPA, CA, ACIS – Director

She is currently a Senior Manager, Corporate Finance at Baron Global Financial Canada Ltd. where she gained valuable experience advising public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financial reporting, and corporate governance.  

Robert Kang, CPA, CA,– Director

Mr. Kang has a combined 27 years of public practice and company management on advising corporations and their executives regarding financing, mergers and acquisitions, going public transactions, continuous disclosure obligations, and corporate governance.

Mr. Kang was previously with the TMX Group since 1992 served most recently as the Director of Listings for the TSX Venture Exchange. As the Director of Listings in the Vancouver office, Mr. Kang was responsible for overseeing all listings functions for junior issuers on the TSX Venture Exchange, as well as developing and implementing policies that were relevant to the financial climate in which issuers participated in the Canadian capital markets.
